Clean and upscale facilities.
I was really disappointed with the comfort of the beds. They were so uncomfortable that I struggled to sleep each night. Additionally, housekeeping was lackluster. they didn’t clean properly and left dust everywhere. We also experienced issues with the air conditioning that left us sweaty, and the laundry service was a hassle, taking too long and using too much detergent. It certainly did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The staff was really attentive, especially the lady in the rooftop bar who brought fresh fruit when I asked. The room was spacious with a minibar and a coffee machine. The rooftop dining had awesome views. The spa looked nice but we didn’t use it. Location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the promenade.

A hidden gem with a unique charm! Tasteful decor, a lovely on-site restaurant, and a relaxing spa. The staff are incredible and made me feel welcome from the start. Room amenities like a coffee machine and spacious layout added to the comfort. A few minor service delays, but nothing that overshadowed the overall delight of my stay.
